shopId：商铺编码
orderStatus:订单状态（ 0:无效订单 1: 订单生效等待付款 2:已付款等待发货 3:已发货 99:取消）
evaluateStatus:订单评价状态（订单下商品是否全部评价 0：未全部完成评价 1：已全部完成评价）
PageSize:每页数
PageIndex:当前页
sidx:排序列（default默认根据创建时间排序）
sord:排序类型（default默认dec）
